To address these initiatives, BAAF has the following programs in place such as:

- Teen athletics
- Talent programs
- Coaches/education programs/ technical officials
Considering the ground realities, of this four, a greater emphasis has be given to the
- Kids’ athletics- grass root development
- Coaches/ technical official education
- Teen athletics.
As a robust approach in these three areas will ultimately lead to the long term athletics development.
